Our Wines
With 33 hectares of their own for wine production, today the Vanzini family has more than 15 labels in its product portfolio. By researching and studying the bottles, we have refined them to guarantee a diversification of our products not only in the type of wines, but also in the format and shape of the bottles, and also in the design of the labels.
Red Wines
Oltrepò Pavese is the third most important wine area in Italy after Piedmont and Tuscany. It is well known for the production of quality sparkling wines, red wines such as our Bonarda, and also sweet red wines such as Sangue di Giuda, which are famous all over the world. Our company also produces international red wines, known for their elegance and complexity, such as Pinot Nero, Barbaleone and Bonarda Vigna Guardia.
White and Rosé Wines
Among the white wines, Pinot Nero (sparkling) and Pinot Grigio (still) are both recognized for their excellence: fresh, fruity, surprising and an excellent accompaniment to any dish. They are highly appreciated both in Italy and abroad. Among the whites also appears the Pianeta Rosa “GJ504b” a Pinot Noir in purity, surprising for its freshness and fruity. Our elegant Riesling and pleasant Moscato complete the range.
Sparkling
Pinot Nero Extra Dry, both vinified in white and Rosé, represent the excellence of our company’s sparkling wine line. They are both exceptional as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish dishes. It is a Martinotti method of 100% Pinot Noir, with aging for at least nine months in an autoclave. The range is completed by Aedo, Moscato and Sangue di Giuda sparkling wines.
