Pinot Nero Extra Dry is definitely one of the best-known wines of the firm.
It is a Pinot Nero Charmat or long Martinotti method as it ages nine months in autoclave.
The Moscato Spumante, a sparkling dessert wine, is also produced through the Charmat or Martinotti methods, accentuating its fruity aromas.

Pinot Nero Extra Dry, both vinified in white and Rosé, represent our company’s signature spumante. They are both exceptional as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish dishes. It is a 100% Pinot Nero Martinotti method, as it ages for at least nine months in autoclave. The spumante range is completed by Aedo, Moscato and Sangue di Giuda.
